Located on the first floor, the Civetta apartment provides comfortable accomodation for 2-4 people. It features:
- A double or twin bedroom with a view towards the surrounding forests.
- A large, functional kichen/dinner/living space with a quick to deploy, comfortable double sofa bed.
- A balcony to the front of the house which great views to Sass Nehger, Monte Cernera, Piz Corvo and Mondeval.
- A fully equiped kitchen including an oven, 4 ring induction hob, a large work space, a full size dishwasher, a fridge with icebox, all cutlery and crockery required, a selection of knives, pots and pans, and other kitchen equipment.
- A sofa area with coffee table, two armchairs, a TV and DVD player (please note there is currently not satellite service, only a DVD collection).
- A well appointed bathroom with wetroom shower.
- A gear storage room for all the kit you bring with you for your adventures.
- Access to free, unlimited WiFi.
- Access to our drying room in the attic which is perfect for clothes after getting caught in a summer rainstorm, a hard day on the slopes or drying out sodden ropes after a day of ice climbing.
- Free use of our washing facilities.
- Free parking outside the house. Please note that the drive is cleared of snow but can get icy during the winter. Therefore direct access will vary. Prior to large snow falls we ask our guests to locate their cars by Hotel Pineta so that we are able to clear the drive ready for you cars return.
- Access to a safe lockable garage for bikes.
